Ah yes, I'd missed that - I want to send it via Kat5, so I guess I just
need to get another SCART to S-Video and RCA cable. I presume S-Video on
SCART is dealt with by a separate set of video in / outs? Anyone got a
good wiring diagram of a SCART socket?

Keith is correct, Sky+ is RGB / composite video only.  To use s-video
you
will need a RGB to s-video converter.
