RE: NTL and CallerID
Were they charging you for CID?
NTL charged me for 6 months till I eventually bought a Meteor and found it
was not activated!
Not a large sum of money but still annoying!

eventually getting through to NTL customer support, got them to turn
the
service on.
And today - it all works! Finally, lovely callerID, available
programmatically! :-)
Now to get coding!
