TIVO & PACE questions

Hi,

Im thinking about picking up a TIVO with one of those new Pace Digital TV

dapters. Do they work together?

Also, when I popped into Comet I noticed they were selling the old
OnDigita=
l Pace STBs for about =A320 less that the new PACE free-to-view STBs.
Anyon=
e know whether it works with a TIVO? Is there any difference between the
tw=
o STBs? Is one better than the other? Just that it seems there were more
co=
nnection options on the OnDigital box!

Anyone know what the power consuption on the old OnDigital STBs is?
