Yes, I'm pretty sure you can use Nero to create bootable DVD's, but I'm not
certain if it restricts you to floppy or HDD emulation for the boot 
partition...

Neither have I, but I happen to know what Santa (actualy SWMBO) is bringing
me for Xmas... ;-)
