RE: Was Compaq IPAQ, now AWI
Should also say, I have re-started the IIS service, stopped the MS Firewall
service, re-booted, disabled the antivirus software, put the kettle
on!!!
I have just re-booted and one of the services failed to start with the
error_
"The ISA Server services cannot create a packet filter
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. This event occurs when there is a conflict between the
Local Address Table (LAT) configuration and the Windows 2000 routing table.
Check the routing table and the LAT to find the source of the
conflict."
I do not know what this means as I do not seem to be able to view the LDT
and do not know what the routing table is?

Yes, Dan has been excellent as he always is even inviting me to phone him
at his home.
I can open .asp pages from the default web directory but none from the AWI
directory.
I have various colleagues try to sort it but still no joy.
Tonight I copied all the ACE directory and dumped it into the webroot
folder but still no joy.
I have deleted the ACE directory and re-created it, Dan sent me the whole
directory, still nothing.
It must be something to do with my setup but I can not find out what.
I have had various errors from not authorised to the usual "The page
cannot be displayed"
I have thought of totally uninstalling IIS, deleting the inetpub folder or
the webroot folder and starting again but that sounds drastic....
I have even offered to PAY someone to fix it for me!!!
Not fun having no idea why it will not work!
How do you find using it anyway? looks to be a good interface?

What problems have you got with AWI? Did you post to the ACE group
previously?
I've had mine working for several months now and have also taken the .ASP
pages apart and tweaked bits n bobs in preparation to send ACE commands via
Macromedia Director.
