I'll definetly go for 1) or 2).
However, my cable boxes are just 25mm deep (I can't put deeper, that't the
space between plasterboard and concreete), so no much room for connecting.
Why do I need two male connectors and female-female in the middle? Can I put
one male and one female, or such thing doesn't exist?
Cheers,
Nik

Replace the dodgey RF cable with either CT100, or CT125 satelite cable.  I
tend to use CT125, Maplins call it FT125 I think, but that just because it
  makes feel all warm inside!

To Join the two cables together you have three choices:-
  1) Probably Best - By two F-Connectors (There the sort of connects you'll
see used with Sky), and an F-Connector Male to Male adapter (the adapter
is
female at both ends).  Using this method you don't need to use a soldering
iron, you just strip the cable neatly and screw them on.
  2) Good - Buy a Male and Female Coax connector, You'd likely need to
solder
the cables to the connetors though.  You could use two normal Coax
connectors and an adapter, but thats one extra join if you know what I
mean.
  3) Nastey Hack - Simply solder the table cables together, Solder the
central
cable, tape it up then ensure the screen cable covers both nicely.

Ensure that their arn't any stray wire strands shorting anything.
