It's the current Vodafone strap line.  Not sure why it appears all the time
though - it shouldn't do, except when the phone decides to reboot (like mine
does all the time).

It would be OK if you had a button marked 'pi$$ed off', but you only get OK
or Cancel!

You can send them from online systems as its a bug in the nokia phones, its
usually called FlashSMS.  As for disabling them - forget it :)
