Hi,

Mainly there are 3 differences:
- the processor (XScale/400MHz for 39xx)
- the ROM (bigger for 39xx )
- the display (trans-reflective for the 39xx series, a very big step
forward.. the quality of the display for 39xx is awesome comparing with
38xx, which is anyway very good comparing with models from other
vendors)

Unfortunately the Pocket PC OS is not optimized for the XScale
processor, so the speed is even lower for the newer models.
