Web programming advice needed

I'm going to be programming up the Polaron system in about a week's
time.



I've been offered a copy of their sitecontroller program which uses
html
code in a container app to activate lighting scenes (no status).



There is also a simple RS232 protocol I can use to send ASCII test in
through the serial gateway to activate scenes. What I'd really like to
be able to do is set up two sets of web pages on a server to be
accessed
over an intranet from a notebook PC or PocketPC. Is there a dll or java
app or ASP extension that I can use off the shelf to do this?



If not is it something that could be easily knocked up?
