Digital Audio Switcher

    For anyone in need of a digital audio switcher the
following was just
announced on another group. It is an 8 to 3 switcher with IR control
and
auto source selection, including critically not being fooled by paused
inputs. It is fairly similar to the Nirvis DXS unit which is now so hard
to
find. Not too bad a price either ! ($99-$275 depending on features)

     Nowhere near as capable as a KAT5 switcher though
but it does have two
significant differences - it's digital and it's here !
