Home/office server software - which way to go ?

Ok, now i want to re-install my server (was w2k server), i also run sql2000
server, relayfax and mdaemon.

I have a choice what i re-install, i have software and licences to go
either
W2k server
Sharepoint server
Mobile info server ent ed
Internet sec and accelerator 
Exchange server ent ed
Or
Small business server

And or mix

What is the difference between sbs and the individual installs. Which
should i do ?
