Did you pay by credit card ? Call your card issuers customer service centre
and explain details to them, they may investigate on your behalf. Also, the
forms for the small claims court may be available on-line. Someone with
"Kodak" experience may be able to comment / provide URL.

Two further alternatives, which might save you the cost of registering the
forms with the court is as follows:

1:
- Go to the court
- Get blank forms
- Fill them in
- Photocopy them
- Send the COPIES to the firm with a covering letter saying that unless you
receive a full refund in the next seven days, you will lodge these with the
court.
- If you don't hear from them seven days later, lodge them....

2: See if your LOCAL BBC radio station has a consumer affairs programme.
Give them details, and they may investigate on your behalf. Certainly, most
firms respond well to the "Hello - this is the Consumer Affairs department
of BBC radio XXX - we're going to air details of YYY, but wanted to give you
the opportunity to respond first" ;-)
