Linn Commit to Growth with =A37M Investment

Linn Products, a world leader in high quality entertainment systems, is
pleased to announce the start of a substantial expansion programme to expan= d
its company headquarters facility at Waterfoot, south of Glasgow, and
enhance its competitive position.

Demonstrating its ongoing commitment to growth in Scotland and the U.K., Linn's latest investment will double the scale of its Glasgow based
manufacturing operations.

This investment is essential to deliver the improved quality, productivity,=
and bespoke service Linn customers around the world will require in the
future. The expansion will also improve road access to the Linn HQ.

As well as adding space for more design, production, sales and essential related organisational processes, the new building will also accommodate ne= w
dealer training resources.

The building work, due to commence May 2002 has a target full completion date of early 2003, but the first stage of the building works, which will extend the manufacturing capacity of the company is due to be completed and=
occupied by December 2002.
