I have also had a total nightmare time trying to get my Wavefinder to
work. So far

Windows XP PC - Unknown USB device
Windows 2000 Server - Unknown USB device
Fujitsu Multitainer Win98SE - Unknown USB device
Windows ME PC - Installed and working perfectly.

Now I know the hardware is working I'm going back to the other PC's
and trying it again, starting from scratch.

The are no visible lights showing until the software loads up and it
starts looking for stations. I thought that it was DOA to start with
too. With my ME pc I plugged the Wavefinder into the PC before
installing any software and then it asked me for the drivers off the
CD. With the other installations I installed the software first, this
was probably wrong.

Regards,
Darren
