I'll have to check on that. I suppose the best option would be to 
wire as much as possible in the internal walls. The upstairs walls 
line up quite well with downstairs so this has possibilities.

What tools should I have? A good termination tool would be essential 
I suspect although I may not terminate everything on the first pass 
to save some time and money.
