Sounds like a bargain to me.  Luckily, I'm getting installed on May 4th when
I move house.  As far as Telewest customer services goes ... I called them
last week (took 3 numbers to get the right place, but found the numbers
quickly), and they offered to call me back as I was on my mobile.  They
asked what day I was moving, and were able to offer either 12-4pm or 2-6pm
as install times on the day of moving.  Needless to say, I'm quite
impressed, and it took minimal effort from me.  As far as reliability goes,
it's had less than 14 hours downtime in the year I've had it  :-D
