What are you planning to connect the receiver too? - Hi fi? Powered
speakers?

You could look at using an FM transmitter, and receive the signal at the
other end using a radio tuner:

I am after a wireless sender with cd quality.
I sending mp3 and speech generated from one
of my pcs to the rest of the house.
