Yep I got one of there 12 way patch panels about a month ago.  I already
have a proper full size 32 way patch panel, but was fast running out of
space.  These Philex patch panels are very compact, with all the cat5
sockets very close together.  The whole unit is plastic and includes holes
for fixing to a wall or desk.  Being plastic its a bit more flimsey than my
32 way one which is steel, but nothing to worry about generally.  They show
both the A+B colour scheme, rather than just a single one which was new to
me and a bit annoying but other than that there pretty good.

I just wanted to move my incoming phone line sources (x6) off my existing
patch pannel to free up some room.

I got mine from Thurrock Lakeside B&Q.
