I can recommend http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=IPAQCHRGSYNC
(note this is for 36xx, there's a different one for 38xx., search for
"Ipaq charge sync"

This lets me leave the wallwart in the office, and charge & sync at the
same time from my laptop's one USB port.
