Have been trying to get in
touch
with Mr Tonks for a few days now re the Tivos I bought as one has gone
faulty. Anyone else having problems contacting him ? His number is
constantly busy and if you use ring back and eventually get through then it
rings and rings and is eventually cut off, sometimes after only a few
rings.....No response to today's email either although I have not in
fairness given him much time as yet.
Also the Tivo support line were
not helpful in offering to fix the unit once they heard it had come from
him. They said that all unit faults should be handled via him
directly..Surprised re this as the other feedback on this forum has been
good. I'll have a try of the Tivo BBS as well.
