true.... - I did point out a method of using a multimeter to see what
was
going on..
No
"cheap" tester would have though.... (apart from flicking each fuse
and
seeing what's going on - which as an aside is something I always do when I
move
into a new house, you never know what mods the previous owner may have
done).
The
worst two I have found was an electric cooker plugged into the ring and a
13A
socket wired off the lighting circuit.
He did
ask as an aside in his last post for any devices that could do simple DIY
health
checks on electrics, and that's what it is....
