I've been having similar thoughts over the last couple of days.
I have my camera on a uhf modulator at node0 with the idea that if/when
I buy new cameras I can just put those on additional modulators on
different channels.
I don't have a Tivo, (hence the following question) if you just leave it
recording a channel will it go on for ever overwriting the oldest
footage or does it just stop when the disk is full?
