TM13U has TM12U functionality?

Just noticed on letautomate.com that they are doing an
offer on TM13U, remote and bayonet lamp module.
Quite a bit of saving as opposed to buying all 3
separate.
My question is, does the TM13U work the same as the
TM12U? I've noticed there is no local on/off switch
for starters, but is the other functionality the same?
I want to use it with a CM12U.
