Title: Message
I have tried the PC card and found it to be crap,(no better than the linksys card) range is nowhere near as good at the Orinoco. I have also had no a very good experience with the AP I had a customer who wanted to go down the cheap route and he had both netgear ap & cards, I tried my orinoco and I also had problems so in the end the AP went back and he switched to WAP11, still with the negear cards, the supplier would not take them back. I should say this was in a factory situation where there was a lot of electrical noise.

How about :

2 x http://www2.action.com/cgi-bin/product.x6?CATNO=473130 at £60+vat each

1 x http://www2.action.com/cgi-bin/product.x6?CATNO=471750 at £100

total 220+vat for an AP and 2 PC Cards. And you apply the radio signal boost on this AP.

Well I'm about to look at the other side of the equation for the Fuji

I am after a WAP and 2 PCMICA cards

I have looked at the netgear, and the D Link Wireless kits,

Dlink kit:
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X2
92ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=26114

Netgear WAP
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X2
92ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=23678
and two of these:
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X2
92ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=23667

The netgear works out at £266 and the Dlink at £285

Anyone have any recommendations between these, or a better product?

I don't need a lot of range as I have a 3 bed semi, but the ability for the
signal to go through walls would be good.

Cheers

Daniel
