First time I've really run into a problem with something on W2kServer.
Oh, perhaps except for the SB-Live! drivers which GPF all the time and
need to be semi-uninstalled to work to a degree.

Do you get external TA's? I have no slots available for one internally
in my Server so that's of no use to me. Actually I'm looking for
excuses here so that I can tell them it doesn't bloody work, take it
away ;-) what I really want is ADSL and only used this to get them to
fix the line problem which they have now done.
