BT Survey

Just got a BT survey through the post this morning, apparently this will
be going out to most of their residential customers, one of the boxes is
to suggest future services.

Is their any mileage in us all deciding what we'd like in future (apart

know we are only five or six hundred but if we all briefed our friends 
and relatives...
