RE: OT SKY DIGIBOX recommendation



I could never get my head around the directionality issue (but my cables are connected up with the arrows facing the right way ;)).

 

I don’t understand the science of how a dielectric effects sound, but ptfe DOES sound better than nylon (maybe the signal slides through the cable more easilyJ), so it would follow that silver plating makes a difference.

 

I’ve just found out that the multi-room company that are looking at my HA needs is run by Ian Vine who is one of the co-founders of QED (plunk).

Hey...I never said anything about there being no difference in digital/vs/analogue outputs Tim! :)

 

It all the 500 quid a metre "directional" speaker cable crap that takes me to the fair !
