You're way more experienced with the PathwayData ActiveCID
control than I am. A quick query for you:
The Pathway documentation states that the DateTime property "is
read only at runtime and is used to store the date and time of an
incoming call as sent by the BT CID."
Do you know if this only ever gets set when an incoming call
arrives?
I've just this moment added a bit of additional functionality to my
s/w that ought to allow users to measure extra bits of timing
information which may or may not be useful, e.g.
1. Duration of outgoing call
2. Duration of incoming call rings
3. Duration of incoming call (not including ring time)
4. Incoming call date/time even if no CID information is supplied
2 ties up in the number of rings which some companies measure
in order to gauge response times, so it's probably redundant.
These are all quite obviously calcable from the events fired off by
the CID s/w, but the results are already recorded by my CID s/w
and supplied with each event. Saves me doing them each time in
my own s/w.
