In the wifi case, the responsibility is with me, the very first bulk
buy Mark M and I got AP's and cards, unfortunatly Marks AP was DOA
and although Mark got some help from LinkSys to determin the fault I
had to arrange the sending back to (in this case) Northamber who
inturn sent it back to LinkSys. I had to buy a second AP for Mark,
untill LinkSys accepted the fault and credited Northamber who inturn
credited me but that took over a month !
Personlay I think we need guide lines but if you allow for every
eventuatalty you would never get anthing done. Perhaps a condition
of sale might be that no responsibility. However the legal people
would perhaps overturn that :-)
