I know that it works, but why they don't test it and say "yes it works. We support it"?
Instead, they say: "We cannot guarantee...".
When ordinary John Doe, who doesn't participate in such groups, comes into shop and asks the same question, what do you think his decision will be?
Such approach is not encouraging, and testing it with ADSL is not a rocket science nor expensive.
