Terminal Services - was Fast PCAnywhere equivalent

So I've now installed TS - very quick as you all mentioned. I've got
a question though:

When the server boots up, it automatically logs in so that all the
HA apps (ACE, HV) and other non-service apps can run. If I connect
through TS, it creates another session and then tries loading all
the startup progs, including my Satellite Internet accelerator
software - which then breaks the Internet connection until I reboot
the server.

Is there a way of connecting to the locally logged-on session
running at the server (so you can also manage the already running
apps?).

Thanks,

Paul.

P.S. Quiet around here lately - is everyone away on hols?
