Probably they have 1 network point in each room, while our requirements are slightly bigger ;-).

Net they still don't have as much CAT5 as you do though, even for £1.1m???

I noticed in the property ads in the papers this weekend that some new
houses, costing from £1.1m upwards are being advertised as having CAT5e
computer cabling installed!
