RE: OT Firewall for those in the Dark Ages of NET Access
Hi Tony,
I tried this and didn't get on with it at all. I can't remember
the
specifics of the problem, but it was something along the lines of not
being
able to set up open ports etc in advance of an attempt to use them and
then
when a program did try to use them, ZA didn't/couldn't pop up to ask if
it
was okay (May have been an online game I had the trouble with).
Tried Blackice defender too, another recommended piece of software, but
it
ust GPF'ed on me :(
This is why I like hardware solutions - they just _work_ :)
