I'd like to devide the UK up into sensible portions, and then into 
counties.

EG

UK = England = East Modlands, West Midlands, North East, North West
              
South East, SOuth West London

   = Wales

   = Scotland

   = Ireland
      

The questions

1) Does anyone have a list of all counties in the UK
2) How if at all should Scotland Ireland, and Wales be divided
3) Any additions for Enlgand
4) What coundties come in which districts
