WinAMP will transcode WMA content to SliMP3 in realtime - I have that working but it's not a neat solution in that you can't then manage playlists correctly through SliMP3 and there are obvious quality issues in encoding twice. I can't get the Real Audio transcode to work though.
 
    I do have my Psion Wavefinder well integrated with the Slimp3 with on screen station selection and streaming radio text (beta release). Also Shoutcast/Icecast sources work really well if you run a local server for 'any' audio source.
 
    and - I now have the SliMP3 working as a caller display device with Meteor
 
    ... just looking at the IR receive now....

Ken you Bar steward :-)  That was the final straw.  I went for a quick
shuftie to their website again before I said 'Oh alright then' and noticed
that lucikly (for my walet), it doesn't support WMA files!  Even _I_ can't
justify to myself buying something that is totally useless as my collection
is all in WMA format.
