I'd have a box per zone. So one box would be fed from IR signals from
all rooms upstairs (via stick IR TX), downstairs would be routed to
the other box. This way SWMBO can watch BigBruver upstairs (yuck!) and
I can watch ANYTHING ELSE downstairs :)
I'll all be wired back to node0 patch panels so I can reconfigure
the zones to different rooms etc as required.
