Another alternative is Arles Image Web Page Creator 
(http://www.digitaldutch.com/arles/)
it automatically creates the 
html pages and thumbnail images. It's highly configurable and does 
some neat stuff like superimpsing titles on your images. I prefer 
it 'cos it never messes with your original images so you can fiddle 
as much as you like.
