Err...sorry I can't, I have never seen an AD10, but I seem to remember
it requiring a neutral, or it may have been one of the more intelligent
X10 switches. Either way, as Keith says, we never know what us coming
along in the future and that is why the extra wire could be useful.
Having said all that, I personally stuck with T&E for the rooms using
LD11 so far but may switch to three core and earth for the more
important rooms when I get round to them (plus I may put CAT5 to the
switches too).
