They used to when they were whoever owned it before Yahoo (I forget). Yahoo
removed that option so that they could send "legally" SPAM huge
adverts when
people post in HTML (default setting in many clients, most users fail to
turn it off).
Most mailing lists encourage posters to spend the nanosecond it takes to
select plain text formatting in their mail client to avoid this issue.
ukha_d will just make another mailing list to discuss it on or spend a week
in "stage 6" ;)
