I would think PCB pool would be best for this quantity. You are way small but you could make them into one or two 20 by 20 board (or whatever) which you could snap into several of the smaller size. Get them to cut them leaving only the smallest bit to break of course. It would probably come down to a couple of boards at around 30 to 50 Euros each. You can price it all off the web site.

Alternatively try one way circuits at www.onewaycircuits.co.uk
I phoned them and got a quote via mail after sending the Gerber files.

There are no doubt other comapnies as well. I have not used either yet but intend to use one way as I need quite a few boards.

I'm about to embark on the construction of a number of Digital Volume Control
modules 10 - 20.  I would normally etch my own circuit boards but for this
volume I was
wondering if anyone could suggest a supplier who would take such a small order.
Single sided boards measuring approx 5x5 cm.
