Paul,
The Allied Telysen AT-FS716 is silent (I certainly can't hear a fan)
and rackmount or desktop (it has big rack ears to make it fit a 19"
rack).
It cost me =A399 + VAT from Jungle but I think they had the wrong price
at the time. They seem to want =A3169 + VAT now.
