I'm in the UK and ISTR it took nearly 2 weeks from CC being charged
until they arrived. I remember seeing the CC charge on a Thursday and
thinking they'd arrive on the Monday (some did, not mine though), and
was in great pain wondering where they'd gone by the 2nd week. Relief
was had on the Wed or Thursday IIRC.

The invoice only turned up a couple or three weeks ago which puzzled
me.
