2U Firewalls?

Mr. Hoye, a few questions about your 2U firewall project...

How is the motherboard fixed to the case?  Brass standoffs I
guess?
Did you have any problems aligning the holes in the case with the holes
in
the mobo?

Is it OK to run IPCop(?) on a CF drive? It won't trash CF with
continuous
read/writes will it?
Which make/model/supplier of IDE to CF converter are you using and have
you
had any probs with it?

Does the PSU run ok uncased like that? i.e. is there enough airflow
across
the heatsinks without the windtunnel effect of the PSU case?

And lastly, any new pictures?
