Say it doesnt work as expected (ie Blue Screens a fresh W2K install)
Say the manufactuer doesnt respond
I now have an RMA with the UK supplier
It is reasonable for me to ask for them to collect at their cost, and
refund me delivery charges, rather than me having to send it back myself
and cover both delivery charges ?
