Remember, it is re-syncing the audio to the clock on the soundcard, 
without any form of sample rate conversion.

Soundcards are shit for accuracy, i would say your card is running at 
slighly higher then 44.1 or 48 or whatever, and emptying the buffer 
faster then teh sender can keep it full.

This is a problem for all audio broadcasts on PC, where you are not in 
control of the clocking of the delivery. Try another soundcard and see 
if its any better.
