Sounds good to me, I think paying VAT on second hand gear stinks...

Expect to pay 14% duty on these then VAT at 17.5% on top.

Best thing would be to get an invoice (bogus) from the seller stating that
the panels are $49 each.  Insure them for $200 each.  That way if they land
in the UK without any problems our TAX is halved, and if the shipment gets
damaged we all stand to make a profit! :o)
