Cheers m8.

err...any idea of a part#?  Searching their site, things like '2.1' don't produce the goods.  Site is appalling really - nearly as bad as dealing with saturday plebs in the shop :(

Maplin do a 1 x 2.1mm DC socket to 5 x 2.1mm DC plug lead for a few quid.

I've had three running from a 500mA PSU with no problem but use a 1,200mA PSU normally so that I never have to worry about power.

Selling the KAT5 with an external power supply just makes it all easier for Keith and it means that I can power multiple KAT5 units that are behind my AV rack >from FM]

Phil,

did you make up special leads to split the power, or is there something you can buy?
Whilst I do have shed loads of power sockets @ node 0, I'm rapidly running out of them!!
How many units can u power from one wart?

Tony
