This is why I decided to leave them...

....I was told that my usage was excessive (I'm unemployed so what the
hell else am I going to do all day) but not told what constituted
excessive usage. They would suspend my service when they considered I'd
used too much online time without giving me any notice of what was going
on or when my service would be resumed. There is a well hidden addendum
to their T&C's that says if you do get "suspended" they will
advise you
on a more suitable service ... Well, their advice to me was "Get
ADSL"!
(No bloody good as I would if I could!)

I know a couple of other people on the group who have also been having
problems with V21...

I'm currently trying to get out of the two month "pull out fee"
given
that in a conversation with V21's MD last week he said that V21 was not
a suitable service for my needs and that I should look elsewhere.
