John,

If you have either a reasonably full-time internet connection or a local
mail server on your LAN then outlook has this facility built-in.  You need
to install the Net Folders option and then you can Share folders on a one
by
one basis.  Each recipient can elect to either use the shared folder as a
separate one on their machine or load it over their own Contacts, Calendar,
Tasks, whatever.

Updates are sent by email.

You cannot share Inbox or Outbox (as well as exchange folders).

Type "Net Folders" into Outlook 2K's help for a full run-down of
how it
works.
