You can do this direct from ASP. Create an instance of HomeSeer:

Set hs=Server.CreateObject("Homeseer.Application")

....and then you can call the normal HomeSeer scripting functions from ASP,
e.g. hs.triggerevent("lounge lights on")

Remember to destroy the HomeSeer event at the end of the page:

Set hs=Nothing
